Is the front desk open at night?
Yes. The front desk is open 24 hours.
Can I book a room for a few hours?
Yes, for 2, 3, 4 or 5 hours, starting at any time of day.

What time is check-in?
From 13:00 for an overnight stay.
An hourly stay starts when you book it, at any time of day.
What time is check-out?
For an overnight stay, 12:00.
Staying later costs S$10 an hour, if the room is free.
How much is a room?
By the night, from S$90. By the hour, from S$25.

Can I cancel a booking?
A booking made with us by the hour can be cancelled up to 24 hours before you arrive.
An overnight booking follows the rules of the site you booked it on.
Is there parking?
Yes, free on site, and limited to first come, first served.
The car park entrance has a height limit of 2.1 m.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, free for guests.
What do I need to check in?
Every guest staying in the room registers at the front desk, and you must be 18 or over.
Do all the rooms have a window?
The Superior and the Deluxe have a window.
The Standard does not, so ask for a Superior if you want daylight.
Can children stay?
Yes, in any room.
Extra beds are not available, so the beds in the room are the beds you have.
Can I smoke in the room?
No. Every room is non-smoking.
Is there step-free access?
Yes, the entrance is step-free and the hotel is wheelchair accessible.

Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is not included.
Is there a lift?
Yes.
Can I bring a pet?
No, pets are not allowed.
